The project is a user-friendly, resilient, affordable, innovative, energy and water efficient office building for Team Global to combat climate change. It is a hands-on, practical, innovation-based challenge that moves the construction and real estate industry towards implementing net-zero solutions.
The challenge provided the opportunity to partner with real estate developers, test ideas using building simulation software and develop affordable and industry-ready solutions for Team Global's office building.
